In 2017, NCLP moved from fee-based membership to an open source community for leadership educators. Advancing the leadership education field through professional development opportunities, publications, conversations, and resources continues to be at the center of our mission. No matter your institution, association affiliations, or functional area, we are here to support and connect you to the broader leadership education community. Below are three ways you can stay engaged:

How to Join NCLP
Joining the NCLP listserv makes you a member of NCLP - it's that simple, and it's free! The listserv is the primary source of NCLP communication, direct to your inbox. Members of the listserv are welcome to contribute and disseminate information and announcements, with moderation from NCLP staff. Typical messages include:
- New resources available from NCLP and our collaborators in the leadership educator community
- Release of new publications for leadership educators and students
- Calls for programs and registration for upcoming professional development events
- Open positions in leadership education
The listserv is hosted by Google Groups. Click the button below to be redirected to our Google Groups page, sign in (blue button on the top right), and click the "apply to join group" button. More details on joining a Google Group can be found here.
Note: You do not need a Google email (gmail) address to join the NCLP Google Group, but you do need access to a Google account. If you do not have a Google account, you can create one and use a non-Google email address to sign in and manage your Google account. Details from Google support can be found here.
